I see it is availble mostly in Seattle like 100 miles from me Halloumi will look into it at Safeway ?
Had not heard of it before but we like new flavors

definitely worth a try. It made such an impact on me the first time I had it, I can still picture the taverna in my head, and the smell of the wood fire oven (by an unattractive beach, in a bit of Greece off the tourist track).

I can cook on the trash burner it has 2 plates but our gas oven only part that does not work is the pilot without electric .. Also have a rv stove in a pinch

Well the sunshine is over, and a big storm is closing in. I worked on fixing the roof on the hoop coop, and cleaning the clear panels. The last piece of wire is on the coop, but I only attached it on one side until I finish fixing the roof.
And I shoveled 2 wagon loads of Turkey poo out of the coop. Only about half a wagon load left to clean up, then I can do the renovation.

Dinner here tonight is Au Gratin potato casserole with ham and a veggie.

Yes....cheese. Moe Larry Cheese! Moe Larry Cheese! Sorry I'm punchy tired and couldn't resist. We got all 4 rolls of fencing up but not secured in. Still have one to go but it started raining on us. Blech! Also wound up with three extra cattle panels so we are trying to figure out whether or not to replace/reinforce their original pen. At the moment I have a huge blister on my rt hand and two sore fingers so the faster we can get this project done the better I'll like it.
