I have come to the conclusion that no squirrel, as cute as Danny is, will ever replace a dog.

Maybe if the president sends another stimulus check I will get one. Just don't know what! *

I had to sell all my grooming equipment when I had my son to pay for all the Dr. visits. He was well worth it. But, don't know what kind of dog I would want that doesn't need trimming. Just so used to doing it and keeping up show coats* .

First stimulus check I wanted to use to get gutter covers but, had to put toward the tax bill. Second installment on tax bill is March. We are surrounded by people with Maple trees, the dirtiest trees on earth.

Special news interruption - my son and his wonderful "fee on say," just called and are going to get married. He spoke to her father and he is fine with it. He just called to tell me at nearly midnight now.

He doesn't want me to tell anyone but, I got permission to announce it to BYCers. I hope he knows the bride's parent's are supposed to pay for the wedding. Phew thank goodness. Or we'd have a wedding reception at Arby's if I could gather up enough coupons.

Bet I won't sleep tonight and only one more pint of ice cream to celebrate with.














All my dogs weighed less than me, My biggest Cocker (within standard size) weighed only 24 lbs. He wasn't thin either.

That is good news!

Next should be grand Babies!

Good morning, my DH got up at 5:30 for some crazy reason, so I slept till 7:30
Just been lounging and drinking coffee, enjoying a mellow start to what I expect to be a less then mellow day as it progresses.

Congratulations to new beginnings DD!
Btw maple trees can indeed be dirty and messy and annoying for several reasons, but did you know a mature maple tree can produce up to an acre of flowers at a time of year when bees need them the most?

Time to go make breakfast, sounds like he is done in the kitchen, it's too small for both of us.

I get up at 5:15 on weekdays. I have to get ready for work still. It makes it hard to sleep in on weekends too

We had to move about 2 years ago and it because the housing market here is ridiculous it was a major downsize.

I get up at 6:45 on work days, to leave at 7:40/45. Luckily I only work about 8 min away. I make sure to have everything except breakfast ready/laid out the night before or I would never make it.

I am still working remotely but like to keep the same schedule going.

I could roll out of bed just before 8 a.m. and no one would know as long as I replied to email! Keeping a schedule helps keep me sane during this crazy time

Wow almost nope was rolled out early through heavens knows what. We are retired here so why would I wake so early Pugsly was still asleep

Still waking an hour early each day. The Princess has readily adapted to the time change.

Nope first wake here was 4 :30 come he** and high water I was not getting up
at that hour

I went to the Dr. for my Knee. It looks like "Regular" Arthritis and I got a cortisone shot today.

Hopefully it helps for a while
