Did salsa today. DH likes it HOT! There are 8 habanero peppers per quart.

Way too hot for me, but I'm a wimp.

I like salsa, but Pico de Gallo is even better!


Oddly, as a young kid and youth, I liked spicy and some super spicy.

Now I am old and like MILD, not even the "medium" stuff.
