thats great they give it to you to shower with. studies have shown its very effective.

dont be afraid to ask for pain meds. you deserve them and its easier to control if you dont let it get out of hand.

Wife and daughter called about 6 this morning. They were on this balcony watching the sun go down.

It took a 2 hour drive from the Elephant sanctuary to the BKK airport, a plane ride, another 2 hour drive and a 3 hour ferry ride to get to Koh Li Pe. They said they went snorkeling yesterday.
