Drink lots of water!

Electrolytes are important too. Heat stress is not funny and is very dangerous. More die of heat than cold each year.

My Dad would drink a quart of water after working in the Orchard.

In the Heat, we often do not recognize that we are becoming dehydrated. It is very important to drink extra water when fasting too.

Hot and sticky this morning. Already in the 60's with rain moving in later then it's ................................................splat.
Oh well, maybe then my chooks will start laying again.
