The Old Folks Home

Those are what my Dad and his family always called "Cowcumber" but I think it is also called Native Magnolia or Wild Magnolia. I LOVE those and they get hugh! Is that lake visable from your home?

Well, yes and no. We are somewhat hidden because of the leaves on the trees. We call them cowcumbers, too.

. Speaking of magnolias, we have a type in our yard that only grows near water, or at least that's what I've heard. They have huge leaves and flowers.

I would like to see more pics of your emu baby, maybe a full body shot with something close by for reference?

More emu pics.. I think we have 8 emus altogether.. had a few more butgave some away a while back.. lol.. I really need to do a head count.. but we have Paco, Rose, Dorian, Beau, Lafoo, and three or four that haven't been named yet

for size reference... the hoop coop is about 6 feet tall
