Deb, I might just feed them to the flock. Sort of a "I don't know where these came from" thing. (It was after all a cat person we got them from... never trust a cat person.

) Wilma has been outside all day today, so I'd say we no longer have any broodies.

I think Karin was getting a bit excited about the idea of hatching them, but I'm relieved, since we really don't have the space for little ones. Or we might, but I want to see how they do in the coop through one winter before filling the coop up. In the spring we might re-visit the hatching thing though, if nothing else, to make a few chicks to sell or pullets to eat. And you never know what will happen within the flock during the winter...

drumstick diva and @perchie.girl you just never met the right one then... Yeah I have to compromise a bit but I don't wear make up.... Forget to shave for months.... I'm a bit of a know it all, very loud with a terrible laugh... Bring home stray animals( but so does he ). Not that your missing anything just think it's more a case of someone missed out you... Not sure why he puts up with me...

Another for his swap resume @Alaskan now he's folding laundry.... I'd rather clean the coop. Thought I could sneak a few extra birds in after you said spouse didn't know how many bantams there are... Asked him how many birds I have.... He knew better than I did

Oh I thought I found him..... Good dancer Good kisser and he was a Felix to my Oscar... I worked as a Draftsman/Designer he was a bread baker for a big grocery store chain... Id come home from work and the house would be clean.... He mopped on Friday. Vacuumed on Tuesday... did the dishes....

But then there was the Weapons he had in the closet he hadnt told me about... Shotgun, Pistol, 22 Rifle and Several knives.... I called him on it only because I didnt know they were there on the top shelf... his answer? "Oh I forgot they were there... I am not supposed to have them because i am on parole" W.T.F.

It seems he stabbed a Hells Angel when he made comments about his date. With a 3 inch pocket knife Got him in the back about six times before the other Angels pulled him off. The Hells Angel Laughed his a.s.s. off and wouldnt press charges... But the cops were called and the rest was history.

I didnt walk I ran....

CC, that sounds delicious. I have a weird relationship with cilantro. With tuna, it works, in small amounts. But in most foods, I really dislike it. Then again, I like coriander. Very weird.

How are things over there? This latest tragedy must have stirred up quite a commotion?

Cilantro is truely an aquired taste. It took me about four years to really like it... Oh and it has to be cut with a very very sharp knife if you are going to use it fresh... The leaves fresh the stems for flavoring stews and soups....

What Tragedy?
