I got her healed with Vetricyn and and Peroxide and Tetracycline directly on the wounds. They started to get infected real bad very quickly. Took about 4 weeks to heal.

I hope the processing goes well!I had 4 roos and 4 muscovy ducks with held from food last night, they are all out in the backyard atm, swimming in their last warm day duck pond and eating. Tonight at 530, 2 friends are coming over to help me cull 4 muscovy ducks, all my roosters and Jeanette, my non laying ameracuna hen. And Nugget, my poor haffie roo. He's getting too loud and we weren't able to caponize him.
Reginald is doing better and hanging with Cookie. He eats like a pig, too much too fast. I have to keep monitoring his food intake. He is protesting this. With a quieted scream. It's kinda pathetic. Nugget sounds like a screaming baby. It must stop, b/c he and Lenny are the ones starting off the crowing contest with the 15 others. Yes. It is crazy. So I scatter boss and oats everywhere and ahhh peace again.
Now it's time for me to get my duck/rooster wrangling clothes on, time to gather everyone up headed to freezer camp. It's now or never. And there's too much that needs to get done today to dilly dally before the below zero weather comes back with a vengance.

That's the problem with disliking social occasions, if you don't go to them, you can't make new friends, and then you'll end up with less and less people to talk to if someone goes away.
