I've looked into it even spoke to several of the local beekeepers and we have a beekeepers club here locally as well to learn more.. I kinda decided against it because of the season here and it being colder n wetter then some bee places alot more fuss and work and one of the LAST things I wanna be doing with bee's is alot of interaction..if I recall right problem is season being so short the bee's dont necessarily make enough honey for harvesting and themselves........I've thought about bees, I know a few people who keep them. But I don't want them interfering with all the lovely native bees in my garden... I really like the solitary bees, and honey bees just edge them out of the environment....
