I did not make fudge this year.

Uni is on my must try before I die list. I didn't think I would like sushi or sashimi but its yummy and refreshing I'd like to try making some myself. It doesn't taste like what you would think raw fish would taste like.

Uni tastes like the ocean smells.... Sea Urchen... For what its worth San Diego Sea Urchen is sent to Japan .... it eats the kelp beds so its harvested to protect the kelp beds.... We used to have kelp harvesting machines here as well. They cut off the top six feet or so and it grew back in about a month...

Thymus gland different part of the cow... should be OK. But anything having to do with the nervous system... Brain and spinal column... not OK.

But If I raised it or knew it was raised as part of a family farm I would go for it.

Mmmm, escargot in garlic and herb butter with a fresh baguette, yum.

Had em once at a fancy restaurant.... Very good... but then again rubberbands would have tasted good in Garlic and Herb butter with fresh baguette...

I found em chewy and tasteless out of the sauce...

I will fix em some time on my own... but I suspect they pretty much need a lot of Herbage always.
