The Old Folks Home

You guys know I like sweets well - on the clearance shelf the grocery store had Jif whips(think its called) and all I saw said pumpkin spice - that sounded ok. Got home and noticed it said Peanut butter pumpkin spice.

One of those things that one small taste and it's in the garbage can. Just thinking about it makes me ill. There aren't too many things I toss. Thank goodness it was just wasting $ 1.00 that could have been spent toward ice cream

Love Gorbachick and his cute little head marks - he's too cute to be Gorbi though. What breed of chicken do you guys get from TJ eggs? Just curious.

The TJ's eggs are mix--the hens are hy-line leghorns but we do not know what the Roosters are. They could be Australorps, California Greys or hy-line brown egg layers.

They are very sweet chicks and will be very good layers.

they look alot like the "production layers" that people around here have in their giant chicken houses.
We actually have several "hatcheries" around here that make their own breeds....
No standard of perfection
No recognized sop breed.
They are what they are...
