There are several people on this thread from the south that are surely familiar with those greens. We usually cook bacon, hog jowls, smoked turkey wings, or ham hocks..Add the washed greens and add water to almost cover. Add a splash of red wine vinegar. Add a little salt, pepper, and sugar. Cover and cook until they they taste great.
Please forgive me....I rarely use a recipe.
