It was a pretty simple design and went together rather quickly, once it was cut out, if you want to make one:

I went to Staples to have it enlarged. It cost less than 10$ for that part. It's got close to 100$ worth of fabric, batting and thread in it, and I went to the discount fabric store, too. I'd say all total, start to finish, was between 10 and 12 hours of work, which is really good for a quilt. The directions say it's only 6 hours of crafting time, and maybe it would be if you had the pattern cut out already and ready to go and was a speed racer.
