Go right this minute and wash your brain out with soap!!!!

Chickisoup, yeah right, if I could find my brain first. I'm telling you I caught this affliction from Bama. I'm sure his wife would agree. She's probably immune to him by now.

I expect him to attack me at any moment unless he is off fishing somewhere. Then he won't want to go back through a million pages to see this.

My first go at Pointers-- very different than labs, way different than rotties. We are planning to show him and see if he will like agility though right now he's a clutz as he jumps logs, chases turkeys and gets clawed by the cat!

I'm a year overdue on a puppy. lol The I had a deposit on a pup a year ago but no puppies from that breed ing. Been a long wait. ANd summers are an easier time of year to potty train. lol
I remember you talking about your rotties and how much you loved them. So this dog is a clutz? Just a pup. :) He will end up moving like you won't believe. These Pointers can be pretty smooth.

Rotties will always be my first love. INtelligent, easy to train, obedient, always on duty, but challenging as to who is boss. Someday a rottie again.

Yes pointers are great runners. A group of owners get together on Sundays and let the dogs run for over 2 hours. While waiting for everyone to gather, the dogs run in a big field chasing balls and running about. About half way thru the walk, some dogs swim at the lake. Got to meet some 12 pointers that day. Yup they like to run FAST, but they also listened to commands to come back.

I only go for breeds that work closely with people and take direction from people.
