We have a new addition to our farm today. This little one is still to wobbly to stand up just barely dry. Momma is standing over the baby to protect it. It is a little bull.

Ron and Deb I am sorry your weather is so hot there. Is it the fires?

We actually have a nice front coming thru to cool us off un-usually early here. Normally it would be in the 100's easily.
I hope ya'll get some cooler weather there.

Deb walking in place is a good exercise while you watch a show you like.

I walk around the house a lot for the exercise.

There is a big fire still out of Fresno. The heat from the fires do not get us--This heat wave is from a very strong high pressure system off of the Pacific Ocean.

Woke up this morning at 8 am to 81 degrees. right now at about 11 am its 90. Normally this time of year it ramps down to a comfortable 80 during the day and 70s at night. Then it ramps back up around the end of October for a week or two.

This has been our warmest year to date. But its STate wide... Like Ron says... Normally our heat blows in from the desert... REALLY different when it comes from the ocean. Normally our ocean is very cold circulating down from the arctic.

Wow, some of you are ..hot..out there! We are comfortable in the mid 80's, then will be dropping into the 60's for a couple of days, then back up into the 70's. That will be ok. Plus, some rain is on the way, so they say for now!
