Yeah, bunnies in this case. The boys were about 15-16 weeks so we figured it's better to process them before we suddenly have an outburst of younglings. They're such a big breed that they shouldn't be sexually active yet, but we were starting to push it.

Goat I've never had, but would be interested to try.

We separated our boys and girls so we would not have that happen either. I still have abt. 2 months to go before we process our first ones.

I may look up some recipes for goat and get some and try it. I think bbq would be the way to go.
 
Slow cooking in any case. I would probably go off of some lamb stew recipe or something. I think BBQ might leave it a bit dry. But if you try it, let me know how it went.
You are probably right about slow cooking it. lol If I can get Dh to try it I will let you know what we think of it.
