I'm sure it's a relief to be able to get your mind off bird butts.The guineas did not want their butts inspected this morning but thankfully all were on the roost. I found one that had some gross feathers under the bottom (like the bottom leaked) - but everyones vents looked fine. I'm going to chalk this up to guinea-weirdness and stop inspecting guinea-heinies. For now.

Scooted out first thing to let the chickens out of the new coop. These birds had been in 3 different cages before and are still getting themselves sorted; I figured I'd better give them some space or there might be bloodshed. I had to catch them all and put them in last night - it may take them a while to get used to this new arrangement.
