This feed was distributed November 23, 2015 through April 7, 2016 to retail stores in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Hawaii. Stores who received the product from the lot in question have removed it from their shelves.
The issue was discovered through customer feedback. To date, three customers have reported losses in their flocks. Testing of samples submitted by customers has shown an elevated level of salt. The lab I prefer to use is a 330 mile round trip that would take 6 or 7 hours. At 15 miles to the gallon, plus my time, it's still cheaper to pay full FedEx fees. 6 to 7 hours away from here is lost wages for me.

Clearly you need a different vehicle, that would only be $14 for me at $2.33/gallon

But that doesn't change the fact that spending an entire day delivering a chicken carcass is probably not the best use of most people's time.

Y'all are to funny!

I have been getting things ready for a camping trip this weekend. We added another kiddie pool garden with squash, jalapeno pepper plant, and another tomato plant.

I had a mocking bird determined to build a nest in my largest tomato plant and it was destroying my plant that is full of tomato's! So we had to buy some bird netting yesterday at TSC while getting food for all the critters.
The whole time I was pulling the sticks out of my tomato plant that darn mocking bird was yelling at me! After I covered the plants up the dang bird sat on the fence glaring at me. (I WIN) This time.
But the birds ate all but one of my apples off my apple tree that I had to hand pollinate! Bird netting is going to be my best defense I think for these stubborn birds!
