. She said she was getting too much negative responses and strangers calling her, etc.

Well I know a few of the very well established BYCERS, who have jumped to Facebook. As far as I know they were born on this earth, and very nice people to boot!!

I have had the Facebook account almost since it's inception that said only
been on here 2 years stumbled on it quite by accident and with the election this year it became
so awful with all the rhetoric I actually barely go to there anymore but for the Daughter and a few

Is this because I live in hippie ville? Or do other folks say that too?

I got a shudder of horror from BB2K, who informed me that, while those words exist within the lexicon, that particular juxtaposition is foreign to her ears. Her hypothesis was, "surfer dude speak?"

Nope. Surfer dude speak for that sentence is "You harshed my mellow." [surfers in the family...I actually heard that sentence!]

I surmise that harshing one's Chi is more the yoga-ish set, or tai kwon do. (sp)
