Just noticed a naked neck hen hatched out a couple just before I left for work, don't know when looked pretty fluffy. Havta see what she ends up with tomorrow afternoon when I get up. Was about to toss the eggs don't know how long she's been setting, haven't had time to pay attention lol. Other two hens laying in her box so she has a pile. Debating candling and putting any that look ok in the bator tomorrow or just toss. Hope she hatches a bunch more.

Day before yesterday, Dh bought a new battery for my SUV. I'd been having trouble for awhile, so I was very happy I didn't have to worry about that anymore. Yesterday evening, I tried to get into my vehicle. The battery was so dead, it wouldn't even open the door lock. I got out the charger, hooked it up, and ran it all night. When Dh came home this morning, the charger said the battery was bad.

He called Auto Zone, and discussed the battery situation. They told him to bring it in, that about 1 in 10 batteries are defective. He took it in, they tested it, and sure enough, it was bad. Now I have another new battery. They tested this one thoroughly, so I hope this finally solves my battery problem.
