The Old Folks Home

Would any of you ladies care to share your facial hair removal secrets with me?
I don't take hormone pills and now I'm dealing with facial hair issues. I don't like any of it. But I dont want to deal with hot wax.
Yeah.... I used to have to pluck my eyebrows... Now my eyebrows are gone and I have to pluck my chin...

Cant see my face... so use a magnifiying mirror. Pluck every night anything I can see. What you can see in the mirror. This way you dont have a "Beard"... To deal with.

They do make home waxing stuff which is not too bad...

Mom uses one of those shavers that plucks.... I dont know what brand it is... Its little for faces. uses a rotating spring ... Epilator? dont know if its a brand or a type.

I am considering this.

I had been plucking. Takes to long and I can't see.
I bought the finishing touch lipstick shaver but it leaves stubble. I may just have to use a razor.

Noon, 90°F outside. 81°F in the house 76% humidity. Supposed to hit 95°F at 3 PM. Cats lying on the floor, alpacas hiding in the shade in the barn, chickens hunting shade and panting. The only creatures living here that aren't unhappy are the fish in the aquarium. They are used to high 70's and VERY humid. Only supposed to be 90° tomorrow, back over 90° Wed and Thurs. Only 80°F on Friday and 75°F on Saturday. House won't be cooling down overnight until Friday.
95.7°F in the shade by the kitchen window. I hung the chicken waterer back up on the chain, not needing a deicer any time soon. Cleaned up after the turkeys in the lean-to and let them out to roam. Pulled some weeds, those things never give up.

I'll bet it was! :drool
The cheese will get a bit sharper over the 30 days. Monterrey jack is not too strong tasting. The texture was great too! Better than the cheddar was. The cheddar tasted good but I messed up on the curds so it was a bit grainy.

I am learning!

Today we will be bit cooler which is good news! Another fire stated on Saturday and this one is much closer to Woodland. It is called the Yolo County fire. We had a lot of smoke yesterday
