Oh my , those poor people! I never understood living in California. Real estate too expensive, too many taxes, too many regulations, not enough water, earthquakes, and fires. Besides everything there causes cancer! Leave me out of all that.

That makes two of us, Cap. I'd much rather deal with blizzards, freaking cold and freaking hot weather. The New Madrid fault occasionally hiccuping and the occasional Tornado than to chance regularly loosing everything to the horrible fires.

The worst part about the fires is the smoke! We have been in poor air quality for weeks now. It used to happen for a week every couple of years and usually in the Fall. Now it goes on for months starting in July.

It hurts to breath when you are outside. I can see smoke in the air today and smell it too. It must be coming from Yosemite because it smells like sweet pine

I am not actively dying but I did get to leave work early today to dictate a will, and dedicate healthcare and regular power of attorney.

That was so much fun.

I highly recommend most people go and do that. It was an hour. Can't say it was painless, but it's done.

Do you have custody of the kids now ? I guess I did miss this I pray your father is well ..

No, I don't have the kids now. He was discharged from the hospital today.

They stay inside with ac and air purifiers.

Out trying to hand worm the bantams with Ivermectin paste....I'm wearing as much as I got down them, LOL.

I really needed the laugh though. Gotta rethink this worming business. Especially with the bantams. Like trying to herd cats in a lightening storm.

Valbazen and a feeding tube works well. I have not had to worm in a long time. I should send in a poo sample soon though
