No, we had city water. But it is a concern. Farmers use a lot of water, so do residents and tourists.

We are here staying here for the foreseeable future We have a wonderful property we can afford

You can come here ron. We get rain spring, summer, fall and sometimes even in winter.When it does snow, it melts down into water. Just don't use any yellow snow.I'm sure it's cheaper out here than in CA or WA.

Not all is cheap as far as property just now .. Not real certain of how it happened
they are blaming Amazon for the huge inflated house prices out here so far still in just Seattle and north of that
