I find it amusing how much people think their property is worth. The place next door is being offered at almost 250,000. Yet if you read trulia, it averages the prices on properties in our area at 134,000 currently. House is nice but.....worth that much? Not in anyone around us's humble opinion so I dunno what is going to happen.

@getaclue, I hope we get that lucky with whoever buys the property next to us. I almost hope they are Amish. Quiet, won't bother us as we aren't Amish. No wild parties. No increase in car traffic.

Ron and Penny, hugs to both of you. I hate it that you are playing the hurry up and wait game with your teeth. Been there, done that, got the bridge/crown/partial, take your pick, to prove it.

These seem to be longer than normal wait times. Usually the crown gets put on a week or two after the tooth is prepped. The delay is that this Dentist has the crown made in Sacramento and not in house.

see I am not certain they are doing the dentures anymore but seems from
yesterdays talk they are all I know 6 years ago they made a perfect set so far I am not wrong with the fitting I had yesterday

That will be interesting. I wonder how "affordable" it will be. Tons and tons of money to get all those satellites built and in orbit.

We are so glad they got the whole thing, and we don't have to worry about multiple neighbors.

Hopefully they won't divide it and plop a bunch of houses on 1/2 acre lots. Often the way people pay for the entire property and have a fair bit of it left for themselves.

Maybe they got a grant to provide service to the non Digital world!

My Mom could use it. She does have very slow DSL.

bruce, they can't build on less than 2.5 acres per home in this area, so they can't put that many homes on it. The local farmers got tired of developers trying to put in too many homes, so they guesstimated their combined water need in this area. They pushed bills through, limiting housing, so they would have plenty of water for crops in drought years.

Prices are out this world up here they tried to say ours should be 385.000 We paid 124. when we bought it understanding it was below assessment
