See that is what sticks in my craw when one cries wolf but did not respect the boundaries so it would not have been the issue should loose her kids too if she made them watch

It does seem to be working!Ron, the person started the SOB-Save our Birds thread on FB, started a thread here on BYC too. It was something like Help, they're killing all my birds, or something like that. A lot of people began responding, asking questions. All the OP would say is that men came, and killed all her chickens in front of her kids, and she was too upset to answer anymore questions, BUT she had given all the details on her FB page, and put the name, and link to the FB page. When it finally came out what all this was about, it eventually came out too that she 1. Did not confine her chickens when informed of the quarantine, and asked to do so, which would have given her more options at the time. 2. She did not have to make the kids watch, nor did she have to make things worse by acting the way she did. She then set out on an emotional vendetta to spread as much misinformation as possible, among other things.
I saw that post of the lady on the phone -in "such distress" over them killing her birds and she, making her kids watch. I thought she must have been the dullest crayon in the box. Sadly they also killed several emus. She just wanted her 15 minutes of fame. What a dodo.
There is no way any amount of money would ever compensate me for losing Dylan. Not going to Cali until the quarantine is lifted! No bird friends from there are staying at my house, either.I believe that thread came out here on "Cyprus" thread. I got caught up in it myself.
Then started thinking - she was giving a "blow by blow' account like a sport fan and wanted all the attention for herself. I'm surprised she didn't arrange a conference call with others like her, across the country. SMH
Think it said she got financially compensated for the "lost" birds. Bet she didn't take it and go out playing bingo.
