Stay low carb-- see what 120 carbs a day do for you. I had results in 4 days on very low carb ( <20/day) others by 10-14 days.Thanks for the entertainment. I managed to snag one more hour of sleep. And now it's almost light so I don't feel like a zombie.
I long for those refreshing nights when I was about 10 years old when I could sleep like the dead and wake up totally refreshed. Now I fall asleep too early (because it's dark and I'm exhausted) and then I'm up 3 hours later and my mind won't stop thinking and let me go back to sleep.
