As for the coffee, I would tend to agree with you .... except ................better watch what you say, that Starbucks crowd will slap you!

Oh Ron, he's handsome! Yes, very nice, he looks strong and healthy, too!

Oh, and the rooster looks good, too.

Here is another picture of him:

This is a picture of two of his sisters:

I still have the sisters!
I think all 3 of them are gorgeous. After noting the developmental differences of the combs and wattles of my chicks/pullets, I'm struck by the difference in those of your two girls, subtle though it may be, and yours are sisters.

I.do.not.like.Starbucks but I love coffee if it's a mild roast. When Starbucks did finally come out with Blonde, it's tolerable but took them too long IMO. I was trained by my grandmother to drink coffee so it needs half and half and sugar/sweetener. Years ago didn't use to have trouble finding mild roast in the stores and then the dark (burnt) crowd came along and messed it all up. Only in the past year have I begun to find mild in the grocery stores and then it's one can here and there if at all possible. Don't care for flavored coffee or creamer. Makes me picky I know.

He was a very friendly guy. When he was little, he used to ride on my shoulder while I did my chicken chores.

I like teas, but I don't like Chia. I just dion't see the attraction. Supposed to be healthier, but I like green and white teas for that. I think I could learn to be a tea snob. I don't like the store bough flavored creamers though. they talk like chemicals to me. No offence SCG. hehe

Dropping of my little roo today was hard for me. I think maybe tonight my coffee will have Kahlua in it!

NPIP man was at my place today! I'm officially clean and clear and will get my number in the mail (at some point.) He was very knowledgable and quick to share his knowledge. He also said that there were only two NPIP certified non-commercial farms in my area that he knows of and both raise bantams! I am a LF girl, myself, so I guess I will have to get eggs shipped if I want breeder quality birds.
