Sounds like it's a combination of problems. Weak from no nutrition, adequate water and overcome by the cold.
You're on the right track but it wouldn't hurt to put her somewhere a little warmer. Healthy birds can take sub zero but a sick bird can benefit greatly from about 70F.
The problem is likely a combination of viral, fungal and bacterial but since she's knocked down so badly the antibiotics Pozees recommended will take care of secondary bacterial infection which she surely has by now.
Her body weight may be good because of the corn. Doesn't mean she's had much protein or vitamins/minerals though.
Chickens don't really get pneumonia but could be Chronic Respiratory Disease. Not many effective treatments but Tylan will help. If it is CRD, I think that is a reportable disease.
What are her droppings like?
Some plain yogurt will give protein and probiotics. She'll need them with antibiotics.
Crumbled hard boiled egg will give her a boost too.
Great advice, as always

So many of his songs pop randomly into my head. I bought the DVD of the concert, I was so amazed at the quality of his voice decades after the original recordings, and how much more heartfelt some of them seemed in this particular performance.
I really hate crowds too, but it was a little different when I was in my teens and twenties.
X2 on Queen. I listened to a couple today.
Did you know that Queen was the only rock music allowed in Iran? It's because Freddie Mercury was Persian. I guess they chose to ignore the gay part.
Same here on my aversion to crowds as I've gotten older.
You are certainly a fount of little-known (here anyway) facts! I did not know that about Queen and Iran!
