The dessert is the course that interests me the most on that menu. The first course sounds interesting too. I'm a bit vegitarianly challenged though, I've never had tofu that I've enjoyed, and mushrooms don't agree with my palette either.

While emotionally it seems arrogant to bring a human with ebola into the country on purpose, vials of pure concentrated virus are being transported internationally all the time along with agents that are far more contagious. Imagine if that plane went down?

What seems like arrogance is because of ignorance as to the process.

The risk is severely outweighed by the benefits.

It's probably not as attractive to the onlooker as in the movies when the part of God is played by the sun, a puffy cloud and a sun dog or two. But it will have to do.

I understand the process. I also know that incredible errors occur. The CDC recently found smallpox vials that they had left behind when lending a lab to another agency - stuffed into a closet where they sat for years.

A sealed vial is far less likely to infect other people than a live, infectious patient. The sealed vial is generally heavily packaged and not opened until it reaches a Level 4 facility. The infectious patient is hauled through the halls of an airport, a plane, another airport, an ambulance, a hospital - all in a containment vessel where any pinhole could permit bodily fluids to escape. And let's not forget that health care workers have been infected and have unfortunately carried the disease to others. It would seem that far more new patients have been created by exposure to other patients than by contact with sealed vials.

Since the US has wonderful portable labs and ICUs that can be shipped around the world, complete with US staff, I am actually rather surprised that these portable facilities haven't been used.
 
Vehve: i am planning on buying them already prepared and cooked. There is a seafood restaurant in Mobile, Alabama called "Mudbugs". Im not sure how they make them taste so good. Ive tried to duplicate their recipe with very little luck.

Have you tried freezing the tofu for a couple of days, thawing it, cutting it into cubes or slices, and then marinating it in a sauce overnight?

The best tofu for freezing is the very firm Chinese kind.
 
Did MacGyver usually use duct tape? I don't remember that, though it's been a while since I've watched the show. I saw a rerun a couple of months ago, and that show has not aged well.
MacGyver was always campy.

He used what ever was available to make his gadgets. I am sure sometimes it was duct tape.
