Costco also sells Chicken feed here. Just Scratch and lay pellets as far as I have seen.

Napa auto parts store in ozark, al sells feed and grains. I think thats a little strange but cool. I wish our walmart had feed

Ron, lovely baked goods. I like hand kneaded dough too, and hand shaped. You get such pretty bread that way.

getaclue, hope the next place you go to look at is better. It's a good process to see the bad stuff too though, that way by the time yo get to the good ones you know exactly what to look for.

Potato starch is what is mainly used in Finland, very little cornstarch is used here, except for Maizena to thicken sauces.

Must be a challenge to sail around all those small islands and stay in the channels.

The Walmart up here sells chick starter too but only MannaPro and some off brand scratch I bought once but won't again. Otherwise it's mostly horse stuff but that does make for a really cheap place to get Safeguard wormer.

SCG " IF you loved me," you would send me some banana nut bread stat, and maybe some honey to smear on it." Yes, it's a cheap hit, I must be desperate . It took me almost 4 hours , I'm very disorganized, to plant 3 small hardy mums near the fence. I am famished.

I wasn't the banana nut bread girl. No bananas in this house from late spring to early fall. There's something in the bananas that mimics the bees alarm pheromones. I have to go in them a few more times this year, and I'm not taking any chances on my not being stung record.

I fished for about 9 hours today. My dad got a guide to take us floating down the Kennebec River today. I caught a ton of small mouth bass and I definitely caught the most species: a large log, the boat, the oar, an oak tree, a silver maple tree, a Popsicle stick, a bunch of weeds, and the guide (twice).



I don't want you to think I suck - I caught the most fish and the two biggest ones.


Wisher, that looks wonderful. Some Ron Trinity Rolls would look great as a side dish, too.

SCG...bet the guide loved that...lol. I once caught a nice rod and reel in the surf. Did you keep the fish that you caught to eat?
