Mushrooms, yum! Any winter or root veggie? yum! Any brassica? Yum! Any leafy green? yep, except lettuce being my least favorite.

Cut out processed foods but keep meat. Get better quality meat and do not eat much red meat; seems like a good way to go.just losing my desire to eat meat again. It happens. I was a solid vegetarian when I was younger, even on the board of a natural foods co-op before it was cool. Never could make it to full on vegan tho.
