Canadian bacon is ham in my book... too lean... I like it but I just cant visualize it as bacon.

X2! I do them on the grill, and mix some sour cream and sharp cheddar with the creamcheese.

I am cooking something called crock pot crack chicken. It has a brick of cream cheese and a flavored cream cheese. I used Jalapeno cream cheese for the flavored package. It also has 8 ounces of crumbled bacon.

It is shredded and then used to make sandwiches....

Ya know on the transmission deal. My sister had problems with her dealership and their warranties also. I asked around and found a great mechanic when I could not work on my own any longer and found a great one. They are around you just have to hunt them down. Besides Nissan does warranty their vehicles but did you know they don't even warranty their mechanics work?

Miss Piggy is my showgirl. She hatched and looked godawful so she got the nickname pigpen. Over the years (as with many of my animals names) that's morphed into Piggy, then the proper Miss Piggy...
