The Old Folks Home

We stopped of 95 in Eulonia, Georgia Peach World country store. The woman running the gas station next to it was miserable, and there was a sign on the door saying bathroom for paying customers only!
The young people running the outside stand and country store were super friendly, and good salesmen. I left $50 poorer. Good fresh boiled peanuts right out of a beer keg. Daughter said they talked funny. I told her they probably thought you talked funny, she said 'no I don't I talk english.' Lol!

It would be interesting to spend some time in the southern states, I tend to pick up very strong influences from local dialects... I wonder how I would sound after a few weeks. I had to concentrate really hard when working with Indians, I kept switching to sounding like Apu from the Simpsons...

oh yeah.... and they always see that as such a compliment

can we say "how to get your rear end kicked in one easy step?"

We went through Savannah, it is beautiful. It's nice having gps you can vere off the beaten path, see some more of a state besides what the highway offers. Just have to ignore the ' at next safe place make a U turn, your going the wrong way' . I love the streets with the huge trees moss growing all over them and the wiegelia or however it's spelled vines and flowers all the way to the top of trees. Some of the roads are a little scary, just a road barely sticking out of the water for miles.
