I have a family of 6 and it takes a dozen to make scrambled eggs
It sounds like it might be Wry neck, also called star gazing. You will need to separate the chick until it is better--you could set up a little basket cage in the brooder. I give them a drop(on the beak) of poly vi sol without iron baby drops twice a day. This will often solve the problem withing several days.
You will likely have to hand feed the chick and make sure it drinks water.
