I got the Chewy flyer in my mailbox a couple of times, never heard of it so just dumped it without looking. I am very wary of new companies. Been taken advantage of so many times. And great guarantees don't help if they go out of business mucho fasto.

Sure miss the great places I used to order from in the 60's and 70's, Wholesale Veterinary supply - used to get meds & syringes and feeding tubes- no prescrips needed.Fast, predictable shipping. I knew when the order would arrive and dressed up and makeup full blast.

I was infatuated with the UPS driver, so kept ordering C.O.D so he had to come in and wait to be paid, rather than have him dump on the step and scurry off. Cost me plenty till he mentioned he was married.

Gosh, did I say all that out loud. Forgive me, I was only 31 then and he was early 20's. He's probably an old geezer by now, and I'm a spring chicken

As to used underwear... must be a law...because they never sell them at the thrift stores.

Even when I was a kid, they couldn't sell underwear or pajamas. I remember because my grandma volunteered at a charity thrift store, they got all of the clothes from a man that had just died, I got the man''s pajamas since they couldn't go to the store.

I thought it was cool to get them. He must have been old, because his pajamas was this very old fashioned night shirt, just like in the movies. I wore that thing until the fabric wore out. (clearly my parents were just as frugal as I am in regards to clothing. )

I have it on good authority that these are good, comfy underwear. And apparently it's "in." You can get both long legs like posted and a shorter leg. Both are liked.
The lower waist package was not opened...I just see that now. Junk is also secure, apparently.

Do you like them more than Carhartts?

Spouse bought a pair of those Duluth pants...

I am down to only two pairs of pants...one pair that has slight visibility of my rear, and one pair that is still solid but has a couple of half cuts on the front legs.

I like Carhartts though. I watch Sierra trading post, and wait until I get a really great coupon, and use that on Carhartts that are seconds. ..so a new pair costs me $15 to $20.

I guess I should look at their underwear... humm..... I just see underwear as a luxury item.

I am down to only a couple of pants too. There are more pants...but there is more skin than coverage with a few pairs. One of the best remaining pairs has let the elastic go and my pants want to fall down. I've learned to tuck the pants in under the waist band...lol. I need to go shopping...I hope the store has what I want now that it's fall. I'm think getting thicker pants in the fall is more cost effective...I get to wear them all winter and by spring hopefully they're thinner for warm weather comfortability.

Sadly I see most of the good pants I bought in 2008 are starting to wear out. Either the butt area is getting see through or the elastic waist is no longer elastic. And they had pockets!

Finally had to get some new cheap t shirts...all my old t shirts gave out. (They're still good to wear on my head to keep the dust off my head in the coop) BUT they are the exactly same as my "good" t-shirts. (Same brand and everything)What a dilemma! Do I wear them for both until some get messed up? Never had this situation before.

yeah, well, Jeans, scrubs and polyester...

No, no...I have some track looking polyester pants...they're like screen and so cool and comfortable. I wish I'd purchased all they had in stock. Best pants ever! And they still look like the day I bought them. (About 2003 I think)

I also used to order from a great animal place where you could get every gizmo you could dream of. I bought high powered dryer that about blew the dogs off the table. Had to return for a more normal model. Got a gorgeous wooden tack box and pimped it out , I was so proud of it. Never left the house though.

Update on my car. I was wrong. Apparently I need to drive it more often than once or twice a year. To shift down a person tips the shifter to the left. To shift up...one has to tip it to the right. I thought I'd try using the manual selection for the gears and burst out laughing at myself last night coming home from the city! Woke DH up...
Haven't used the gear selection since 2014/15. Still embarrassing!
Thought I'd better correct that on here, I was so wrong explaining it earlier...lol.


Found the answer to the flooring for the bottom of the new coops. Hit the one store and they had less expensive, lighter weight, non-porous, anti-fatigue runner in 39" and 48" widths. Fantastic looking stuff!

I ordered the lengths for the coops and they'll call us when the roll comes in. I got thinking about how well this stuff would work in the brooder to be one large piece instead of two over lapping pieces like I have now for the top. And this would replace the ripped flooring that's on the bottom level.
