had a austrolaup not sure that is spelled right wander in and stay a couple time she would jump out mine chicken run is just 4 ft fence so most could fly over they don't I spoil them I think they know it

I never had a run without at least a wire roof, even the 8 foot high one i built once. I would be too nervous of predators.

well took house dogs out then the pyrenees pup snow and old gsd bad news putting plastic chairs in the barn realized snow had found a chicken out and proceeded to play tag the wrong way had her down fast I go after her no wrong answer me on my knees try to stand only to fall again managed to get her from snow back in coop clip her wings check her over let her go finally James heard me yelling for help but came out as it all concluded
I simply said I was done for the day

I've got a plain net cover on my runs.....and a kick butt hot wire around the bottom.

Unfortunately my run is big enough and odd shaped enough that I had to spice three nets together to get it covered. It looks like one big net from underneath and I imagine from the sky also. We have so many hawks, eagles and owls that no way I wouldn't cover my run.

I haven't seen a bird of prey circle the run for a long time now so I'm hoping they have decided that it isn't worth their trouble.

We have all these pens and runs that we are planning on taking down this fall. It's probably going to be more work than when we put them up. Lol

Mine underline the misspelled word but since I have a tablet if I touch the word, nothing happens.

Wish I could get it to work.
