WSFA Josh Johnson weather man came to our town to do a live video. We had more snow that most area's here in Alabama.
It looks like it has stopped snowing.

I found a nice Blackberry Merlot wine last week and it is good.
It's smooth and lightly sweet.

Say WHAT? Merlot wine is made from Merlot grapes, how could one make it from blackberries.

We tried to make blackberry wine last year. Lots and lots of work, blackberry juice everywhere, stuff turned out so strong it could be used as paint remover. We have been giving it to friends with the warning of cut it 50%. We both enjoy a glass of good wine but it doesn't seem to like us any more.

Think we will leave the wine making to our neighbor who is starting a winery....except deer and birds are robbing him blind.

@bruceha2000 maybe you better move to Missouri where the taxes are low, living is easy and you don't have snow up to your hoo ha every winter.

We did not know he was in town till we saw the video on the news.
We don't live in town though.
