Supposed to be in the 30's and 40's here on Thursday ... and rain. Nothing like rain on snow then it goes back below freezing on Saturday. HELLO ICE

A lot like us Bruce we've been - 0 and single digits, went up some today so it could sleet. Going up to 30's, 40's and possibly 50 on Thursday, just so it can rain then of course hit bottom again so it all will freeze up.

I think our lowest high for the next ten days is 19. Rest of the time it's 30s and 40s, which I will take with no fussing what so ever.

I had 5 brave little cockerels who ventured out in the freezing rain today. I feel as though they should get a reward of some sort for their bravery.

We have flying squirrels in the roof! Caught 2 on glueboards. Ugh, they hang out in groups of up to 20!

Cuter by far! I might build them a house they can live in outside, kind of like a bird house.
