I'm thinking too that dragging the dog probably builds up biceps. I was 87 lbs. when I graduated from school and 4"11. I eventually reached 5 ft.tall and 110 lbs.( from depressed eating when my best buddy (dog) died.
Skip ahead till I was pg with my son. Everyone told me low birth weight babies were at high risk, so as my OB-GYN said I was eating myself into a caesarian. I gained 40 lbs. and found out I liked eating (still do). After he was born, I had an extra 23 lbs. I was carrying around
.
My scale died ages ago - it kept on saying I was 140 (wish I was) every time I got on, with tons of clothes on, with nothing. When I was holding full boxes to be mailed out
still 140.
I really need an accurate scale but need the "read out" up near my face - not near the floor (can't see over my stomach). I don't like the dr. type where they manipulate those metal things . I want plain numbers I can read.
