one heck of a laugh was on a trip with my folks my step Dad he was 87 and was having a devil of time in his stomach told Ma to potato for him she did he had one potato a day no more diarrhea... his Dr was shocked he was so well she said her daughter told her this with dogs so they did it and it worked

its my understanding that the translucent panels help with the heat and all you need to do is run either a potbelly or a Rocket mass heater.... a small one. then keep the compost pile in there good for some more heat. by the time you are done you will have natural rainfall in there....

Why.. We are getting rid of two "yard ornaments" kid wanted to make a street rod bought a 88 ford ranger the engine was blown nothing ever done to it since he picked up for 50 bucks 4 years ago .. other is he bought a old prowler travel trailer it was a 68 vintage but it was in real bad shape they stripped it now it just sit's in the back yard neighbor will give us 100 for it we don't have to do anymore

woo Hoo schedual is up and I have a bizillion radiation appointments.... None of em say anything but external.....

Now to work on the social anxiety the wells up when I start something new... Yep I am that one.... Run to the bathroom alot... show up too early so I can get the lay of the land.... Bite all mynails off.... what nails I have left...

It will be alright. I find all the medical folks i have run into lately have been very helpful. Have you ever tried the underwear trick where you visualize people that intimidate you as wearing only underwear?
