They go by Army Corp of Engineers maps here. We were in a 100 year flood zone and required to have flood insurance. The maps were redrawn and we were taken out of that one and don't have to pay it now.

They probably did also, just charged me for looking at it lol.

I just recently ordered a pair of front struts with the coil spring off Amazon, could've got them several other places, Rock Auto, Ebay, etc same price but dw wanted to order from Amazon.
$120 for the pair, Advanced Auto wanted $180 each...

BTW My adult son buys almost everything from Amazon, many of his purchases are delivered to him in 2 hours.

My brother bought him a grill for his deck. Amazon instead sent my son the bill and were all set to send my brother the grill. My brother got them to correct the error but, it was just so stupid.

Everyone is not thrilled with Amazon. I have never purchased anything from them.

If you live in an area, such as Tampa, FL., where they have a distribution center and they have what you ordered, you'll get it the same day.. We have a center here in Lakeland too.. I buy books once in a while, but I prefer eBay due to the communication with sellers.. Of the number of msgs I have sent Amazon.com sellers, only a handful answer back, as opposed to almost 100% in eBay..

I used to buy plants on ebay, and got suckered 3or 4 times by UK sellers - itty bitty plug plants (they never mentioned how small) - most didn't survive. But got equally screwed by USA sellers - some that I knew well.

Decided I would hybridize my own houseplants and avoid the scams, problems, high prices on inferior plants etc. I've been doing so since the 80's.

Check out those milk melon seeds on eBay and Amazon, look like women's breasts
From what I read on another site they are fake, an artist made them out of silicon, and all those selling the seeds use pics of his 'art'
Wonder what kind of seeds you get if there is no such plant?
