I sometimes make Dsqard go to her local Joann's and mail me stuff. Hers seems to have a much better selection than mine.

My last week of vacation was pretty good! I will have to take one more day because Trump declared that one day a federal holiday, so I get it back. I grumbled a bit about that, but I'll find a day between now and the end of the month that works.

Got a lot of my aging projects cleaned up the last few weeks. The long arm is really fast to stitch things out on, and fun. I took out a kit that I've had for a few years now, really liked it but never sat down and made it. Took me less than 6 hours for all of it today.

I've also wanted to make a quilt on my treadle sewing machine, without power (well I'm not going to heat my iron on the wood stove, mainly because I haven't found a good one to purchase, yet). I think I'm going to start working on that, tomorrow. I bought the treadle a number of years ago, cleaned it up, got it working, and then never got around to using it.

Found the viking 21A is fine the needle was foul hemmed a pajama pant bought it when the kid an I went out Wednesday wanted the larger top bought a medium had to hem the length easy trade off.... So also have 2 sets heavier flannel jammies

Got a lot off the old hard drive, and have installed the new one. Dh is working with the old drive trying to clone it, so it will get the files off. It failed at 63%. He'll keep working with it.
