So the old girl has bumble foot found the scab probably has been there awhile This is the bird that showed up at front fence BF thought she was one a mine he opened the gate she walked in to the coop like she belonged here he said that was close to 3 years ago so tomorrow go out clean her up soak the foot I have biopsy punches if needed but soak it see if the scab will pull the root out

Not bad, just claim you were playing golf. I think the last time I bowled it was at DW's aunt's 90th birthday. She is now 101. Which I think may have been my high game for the afternoon. She was bowling in the 140s IIRC. She doesn't bowl any more though.

bf got them incubating and then threw in 8 more because 31 wasn't enough.

See that is why you have 50 (or so) chickens!

So when you said "old folks home" you DIDN'T mean the home of your folks. At least not the one where you grew up. Guess they must be living in a retirement community now. Enjoy your extra time with your sister.

Bruce dad is dead and mom doesn't talk to us so she's basically dead.
I was with my great aunt for the night.
Left at 6 am had breakfast (cried) and then I've been sitting in the car in my sister's driveway because she can't hear that I'm here.
This has been a wonderful weekend

Glad you got to see your Great Aunt, SO SO sorry about your Mom . But as I've read numerous people posting in various places about similar family problems I guess it is more common than rare. Have to count myself very lucky.

Perhaps you could go bang on sister's door? Go around back and see if there is a door open? I suppose she wouldn't take kindly to you finding your own way in if all the doors and windows are locked. I know, call 911, tell them there is a break-in at the house and you are out in the car fearing for your life. I bet the cops could get her to open up

Calling the cops on your sister to get in her house ought to do wonders for familial relationships. Sorry it's been so messed up for you SCG. Not much longer and you'll be through and past it and back to your "normal" life.
