The Old Folks Home

By the way when my son was quite young he loved broccoli and called it "little trees."

When he got older he asked why I wasn't eating any. I said I ate my meals before he did (THAT part was true).
Smart! I do that too. :hide

I eat the "good stuff" when the kids aren't looking.

Store broccoli is gross .Grew it a few times and it was so delicious but I can't get a good yield .I get about 3 trees per plant

Hot and mostly cold all night long .5 blankets and a heating pad and 3 cats.
:hugs:hugs
thing i hated about growing broccoli is the worm webs, worms don't bother me, its the webs the worms spin that i hate trying to pull out:sick
but love the broccoli, i usually cut the big "trees" and then wait for the little "trees" to grow, i usually let husband have the tree tops and i eat the stems:lol:

I sleep in the loft. Warm up there. I usually have a sheet on, and a light quilt nearby. Two cats that lay on the bed but don't snuggle.
