It is fire season now. We had a 20,000 acre fire a couple of weeks ago and a couple of grass fires in Winters, a town in our County, this week.DH and I look out on our deck at my container garden and are amazed by how well it is doing compared to our regular in the ground garden which is suffering badly from the wet weather. The pots can drain, the garden can't. I just told him that I have this fear that once the rain ends, the heat and dry will set in. That is the usual pattern. I was looking ahead at the forcast and they are calling for high 80 degree temps and no rain by the end of next week.
@ronott1. You will be going into fire season soon where you are won't you?
We were under a red flag fire warning yesterday
