Spice cake cures most anything wrong so there

I have a nice caramel apple cake recipe that has spice in it. It does make me happy to eat a piece of that cake!

Mine is in the fridge cooling..... Frosting is a huge question mark over my head. I did frost it not sure of it ?

My cure all is Sour Cream Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and shaved chocolate on top.

It'll either cure you or put you in a chocolate coma.

Never knew that! I asked my mom once where she got the recipe and she said it was the only good thing her MIL ever gave her. I asked, what about Dad? and she said, I repeat it's the only good thing my MIL ever gave me.true story.

It's one of the Pennsylvania Dutch recipes that I got her to write down for me before her mind went.

That is how Grandma did it I went for sour cream frosting did not work not sure why

Worked on the run today, got the top done! And I built the front panel and door. Just need a 2'x4' piece to fill a gap.

I've got to do that in the morning. I want to shuffle around my panels so that the birds can scratch around on what is left of the failed garden brush from last year.

I've got a rooster breaking eggs. No matter how many times I pull him from the nesting boxes and put him where he belongs, I'll go out to find him in one of the laying buckets with eggs covered in dry yolk. I keep hoping I can break him...can't. Guess I'll be sending him to the crock pot.
