The Old Folks Home

Cut out everything and eat just super gentle anti-inflammatory foods for a few weeks until you (though miserable because of the diet) are intestinally feeling good.

Then add one food back in. ONE at a time. Wait a few days.... add in the next food.
So same as the migraine diet. Eat practically no variety of foods and then see what hurts one at a time.
 
Sunshine promised today, so going to harvest some peaches. Then a day in the kitchen processing the same into canned halves and habanero peach jam.

Today in the background is all-day "Hoarders" on the television. I always feel so much better about my clutter after watching a few episodes. :)
