The Olive-Egger thread!

All Auto sexable breeds you would think would be much more popular.
Not only that, they could be used as to bring more color(egg) to other breeds and to introduce the Autosexing traits, as its the second most dominant e allele out there(behind Extended Black E).. ER/e+ ER/eb ER/eWh birds all look like birchen ER/ER so introducing this trait to say Wyandottes or Orps is as easy as it gets

Feather sexing is a trait you have to breed for...don't count on that being accurate. Vent sexing is much more accurate.
yeah,

this is my list of best Sexlinks/Autosexing traits

best autosexing is still e+ wildtype just as Rhodebars, hens lack headspot and males not only have the headspot but are much lighter, on the Birchen(gold/silver cuckoo) the females are dark brown with a headspot, males are much much lighter with a larger headspot extending to the back, the issue is when you have a barred male with only one copy of the barring gene, they would look just like females...

best Sexlink traits, id+/id+ Fm/fm+ females and Id/id+ Fm/fm. the females will have black skin, the males will have white skin, making sexing at hatch an easy thing

Here's "Brownie", my surprise olive egger:

and here are her first two eggs. Very different in size and color:

Here's a bunch of colors I am getting right now, with Brownie's eggs on the left:
