I finally hatched my first OE. I think its a roo but is it too early to tell?? He came from a really dark olive egg. And if it is a roo, can I mate him with an EE or Ameraucana and get OE?? Thanks!

What would the coloration of offspring from a wheaten Ameraucana X black copper Marans look like? I don't know the genetics of the two colors, but from my newbie eyes, they seem a little similar. Has anyone tried this?

I tried the link, but it only pulls up the jpg posted in the thread. I tried going to the main part of the url, but it doesn't work. It also appears to be another language (German maybe??). If the site is in English, can you post a direct link, Jeremy? Thanks so much!!
