It was... but ugh, just re-read what i wrote.. sorry didn't mean to share the pain. I envy those people who can desk with death so much better.

In the meantime, everyone else seems to be doing just fine.. im sure they are chilly (was 35 today in Central tx!!!!) And they look miserable, but holding up. I don't think it's the cold actually bothering them, its me being cold and not going outside for a visit! Ill let them out tomorrow though.

I had a polish silkie cross. Best personality ever! Every morning we fell asleep on the swing because it calmed him down.

Of course Karen and Kevin (both roos ) are basically indestructible lol. If Goldie makes it to laying age, I’m hoping they’ll pass on strong genes…

Hahaha same with Spider and JoJo Spider is huge and crows constantly and was the ONLY Polish that had ni interest in people at all. He’s a good boy but I wanted a giiirrrrllllll. He’s really pretty though

I have a little polkie too, and she is just the sweetest little thing! She has a silkie bff and they are inseparable.

Beautiful my tolbunt roo turned out pretty too, but same thing, so flighty. He would feel safe chit chatting with me through the coop window screen, but there had to be a wire screen between us or he was gone! I couldn't believe how humongous he got, i was so used to my tiny bantam girls!
